Set the scene for your wedding with one of our seating charts. Choose from one of our designs or have a design custom made just for you! We have a range of shapes and colours to choose from as well. All welcome signs are created with a friendly personal service and include delivery to locations across Gippsland, South East Melbourne and Mornington.

    • A1 size (594mm x 841mm)

    • Your choice of either 5mm PVC board or 3mm Acrylic

    • Your choice of colours from our selections available

    • Customise your seating chart with your choice of wording / guest details

  • Holes
    Need your sign to hang? No problems! Just let us know to add in drill holes for you

    Freestanding
    Would you like your sign to be freestanding? Add struts to your welcome sign! (+$10)

    Stand Hire
    We have a range of easels and stands that you can hire - ask us what we have available to complete the look!

  • Lead Time
    Signage bookings tend to fill up fast. We only take a select number each month so please book yours in advance! If your cutting it fine allow 4 weeks before your event.

    Delivery
    Delivery can be to you or direct to the venue. Free delivery is included to Gippsland, South East Melbourne and Mornington. For other areas a flat fee of $50 is applicable for signage orders.

    On the day set up
    On the day set up is available for select areas for an additional fee. Contact us to discuss your needs!

  • Step 1
    Once you submit your quote request I will be in touch within 48 hours with an email saying hello but also getting the details I need from you to bring your sign to life. I will also send you a personal invoice which you can make changes / additions to until you are happy to proceed.

    Step 2
    Once I receive your details back a payment is required to secure your booking. Design will be booked in closer to your wedding month (usually 6 weeks prior)

    Step 3
    You will receive a proof. From your proof send through any edits needed or approve for production

    Step 4
    Once the proof is approved production of your sign will commence. This usually takes 1-2 weeks depending on your order.

    Step 5
    Once your sign is complete delivery will be organised.

You deal with myself (Jess!) all the way through! I love working with couples to create magic for their wedding day and look forward to working with you too!
